Returns and exchanges
Returns may be requested within 30 days of purchase. To request a return or exchange, contact us with your receipt or order number before bringing or sending an item back. Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Sale items, gift cards, hazardous materials, and flammable products are excluded from standard returns. If an item arrived damaged or you are unsure whether it is eligible, please contact us so we can review it with you.
After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will let you know whether a refund or exchange is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing time depends on your payment provider. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable under the existing policy.
Shipping and store pickup
Available shipping methods and costs are shown in the cart or at checkout after you enter a destination. Free local pickup is available for eligible online orders. Please call to confirm when your order will be ready for pickup.
Fireworks are available for in-store purchase only and cannot be ordered through this website. For availability or purchase questions, please call the store.
